“Male teacher is better than female teacher”

Teacher is a person who became a role model for students. The teacher's role is very important in the education  because the role in addition to transferring knowledge to students, teachers are also required to provide character education and good character example for the students and teachers are required to have an ever-evolving science and follow the progress of time. In addition, understanding the teacher also described as a teacher as well as educators who educate or teach early childhood in formal education, and primary education, as well as secondary education.

The topic of our debate is Male teacher is better than studying in side.

Our group did not agree that “Male teacher is better than studying in side”. According to our team Female teacher is the better than Male teacher. Female teacher have many advantages than male teachers.  for example, female teacher  have maternal instincts. female teachers were more tender and not harshly than male teachers. female teachers better understand the character of students.
female teachers do not like violence against the students, we mean violence is not like hitting the student.women are more patient teachers in educating students to be more intelligent and diligent.

conclusions we draw from the topic of "male teacher is better than female teacher" that female teacher is  better  than male teachers. every woman has one advantage that softness properties that are not owned by men. she is a very strong but soft like our own mother. perhaps outside teachers and women seem fragile but less assertive female teacher who is actually strong. through the tenderness of a female teacher that students will better understand the advice of a female teacher. students would prefer the advice and motivation from a female teacher that is soft and strong, because most students do not like violence or beaten if not do their homework. so the conclusion that our team can take is female teacher is  better  than male teachers because Male teacher  do not have a gentle nature like that of a female teacher.

Guru adalah sosok yang menjadi panutan bagi siswanya. Peranan guru sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan karena selain berperan mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan ke peserta didik, guru juga dituntut memberikan pendidikan karakter dan menjadi contoh karakter yang baik bagi anak didiknya serta Guru dituntut untuk memiliki ilmu pengetahuan yang selalu berkembang dan mengikuti kemajuan jaman. Selain itu, pengertian guru juga dijabarkan sebagai seorang pengajar serta juga pendidik yang mendidik atau mengajar anak usia dini pada jalur pendidikan formal, dan pendidikan tingkat dasar, serta juga pendidikan tingkat menengah.
